Who we are
Priya Residency is a small hotel at Amirtha Garden 1, Fawaz Street, Jammyath Nagar, Kottakuppam — just outside Puducherry's busier centre, close enough to reach the beaches, the ashram and Auroville without sitting in the middle of the crowds.
We built the property around a simple idea: guests should be able to arrive, settle in and plan their trip without having to work for it. That means clear check-in and check-out times, a front desk that's staffed around the clock, and rooms kept to a consistent standard across every category.
